All production workshop staff, equipment operators and safety management personnel participated in the training.
As a professional manufacturer engaged in the production and processing of nylon 610 chips, nylon 610 yarn, PBT, sharpened yarn and other products, Huai’an Xinjia Nylon Co., Ltd. involves a variety of mechanical equipment in the production process, including wire drawing, processing and packaging equipment. Mechanical injury is one of the key potential safety hazards in the production process. Therefore, the company attaches great importance to this training and has carefully formulated a targeted training plan combining the actual production characteristics and common mechanical hazards of the nylon industry.

Importance of Mechanical Injury Prevention — Analyzed the current safety situation of the industry and typical mechanical injury cases, making employees fully realize the seriousness of mechanical hazards and the necessity of standardized operation.

Common Mechanical Hazards Identification — Detailed the hazards in the production process, including rotating parts, reciprocating motions, pinch points, shear points and potential risks of wire drawing and packaging equipment, helping employees accurately identify hidden dangers in daily work.

Standard Operating Procedures — Emphasized that employees must wear personal protective equipment as required, shall not take shortcuts in operation, and shall not touch moving parts or remove safety guards arbitrarily.

Emergency Disposal & First Aid — On-site demonstration and guidance on emergency disposal methods after mechanical injury, including first aid measures such as hemostasis, bandaging and immobilization, with interactive Q&A sessions to address employees’ practical concerns.
During the training, the trainer combined professional knowledge with practical cases, used easy-to-understand language and on-site pictures to vividly explain the causes, prevention methods and emergency response skills of mechanical injuries, which aroused strong resonance among the participating employees. Everyone listened carefully, took notes earnestly, and actively participated in the discussion and exchange, putting forward their own opinions and suggestions on the mechanical safety management in the workshop. The training atmosphere was serious and active.
