Huai’an Xinjia Nylon Co., Ltd. was founded in 1999 and specializes in the research, development, manufacturing, and sales of high-performance nylon and engineering plastic products. Our main product lines include PBT, industrial brush filaments,PA6，PA66， Nylon 610 and 612，all of which are widely used across a broad range of industrial applications.
With over two decades of continuous innovation and growth, the company has become one of the leading nylon filament manufacturers in Jiangsu Province. Guided by a strong commitment to quality, we have established a comprehensive and well-structured quality management system, earning the trust and recognition of customers and industry partners.
Today, we operate a modern production base with an annual output exceeding 10,000 tons of nylon filament. The facility covers more than 3,000 square meters, with a total investment of USD 30 million. Our team includes over 300 employees, among whom more than 20 are dedicated R&D professionals, supported by 15 advanced production lines.
We are committed to ensuring the highest standards of product quality, safety, and consistency. Our products are supported by comprehensive technical documentation and third-party testing, including but not limited to MSDS, TDS, COA, and PONY test reports.
What we do
We specialize in the production and application development of high-performance nylon and engineering plastic monofilaments. Our products are widely used in various brush applications, including industrial brushes, cosmetic brushes, paintbrushes, toothbrushes, and wigs. We also offer customized products tailored to client requirements in terms of color, specifications, and performance parameters.
We continuously invest in R&D for new products and technologies, and have filed multiple invention and utility model patents. Our facilities include twin-screw extruders, injection molding machines, polymerization reactors, and a comprehensive R&D and testing system, enabling us to support the entire process—from product development and pilot trials to large-scale production.
Driven by a market-oriented approach, we consistently optimize our product portfolio and technological focus, achieving steady growth. To date, we have served over 500 clients across China, with sustained growth in product demand. Our filament products have achieved an annual sales growth rate of approximately 10%, and our clients are located across Asia, Africa, Europe, and beyond.
